About OECM

Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM) is a trusted not-for-profit collaborative sourcing partner for 1000+ entities in Ontario’s education sector, broader public sector, and other not-for-profit organizations. OECM contracts with innovative, reputable suppliers to offer a comprehensive choice of quality products and services, and generate significant savings for our customers.

On December 18, 2024, OECM chose AB as an awarded supplier for Online Marketplace Platform Services under the RFP #2023-417. This RFP was undertaken within the scope of Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (“CFTA”), Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement ("CETA"), and within the scope of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario.

Under this award, OECM members can procure an expansive selection of small-ticket items across multiple categories. OECM members also gain free access to Amazon Business Prime1 in the first year, and an exclusive 75% discount on Amazon Business Prime2 in second and third years3. With Amazon Business Prime, members have access to additional benefits, including:

  • Free survey and analytics tools
  • Guided Buying features for approval workflows on specific purchasing thresholds
